MARCQI surgeons can find their individual MARCQI surgeon reports in their individual MARCQI surgeon database account. To access these reports and complete the attestations for meeting the 2025 MARCQI Value Based Reimbursement (VBR) Part I requirements:
VBR 2025 – Individual Surgeon Report Attestation (Peer identification & quality improvement opportunity documentation)
VBR 2025 – Peer Surgeon Review Attestation
VBR 2025 – Metric tracking
Surgical Site Attestation – (Due date 11:59PM ET November 15, 2024)
